How can I book a boat?

How much does it cost to rent a boat?
We guarantee the best price across Dubai for our boat rentals. If you happen to find a lower price than ours, we will match it! Our boat rental rates vary from 300 AED to 15000 AED per hour, depending on the type of boat and experience you prefer.
What is included in the rental fee?
All of our bookings include complimentary water, fuel, soft drinks, towels, a music system and speakers, and ice.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and Amex. You can pay securely via the payment link provided to complete your booking.
How early should I make my booking?
It is recommended to book in advance for a wider selection, but we also accept last-minute bookings based on availability.
What is your refund policy?
Boatanza.com will grant refunds in accordance with the boat owner’s stated refund and cancellation policy.

All children are welcome, but those under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Are pets allowed on board?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed on board for safety reasons and to protect the vessels
Can I bring alcohol on board?
You can bring alcohol on board the vessel for consumption, but it may not be consumed on the dock or any other public space.
Can I bring my own food and beverages?
You are welcome to bring your own food and drinks on board. Additionally, we offer catering services, including a BBQ option. Please notify us in advance to make arrangements.

How can I get to my booked boat?
In your confirmation email, we will provide you with the boat location and the contact number of the boat captain or the responsible crew member. Also feel free to reach out to the Boatanza team if you have any questions or concerns.
When should I arrive for my trip?
We recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled time, or earlier for special requests.
What documents should I bring with me for the trip?
It’s important to carry a valid Passport or Emirates ID to comply with local regulations.
