Children are welcomed! All boats are child friendly. Children under the age of 12 are federally required to wear a life jacket unless inside the cabin or at anchor. Boats will provide life jackets for children however it is suggested purchasing one beforehand to guarantee they are well fitted.
We are constantly monitoring the weather throught the marine forecast and we will continue to do so until the time of your trip. In the case that it is deemed unsafe to sail due to the weather we will try our best to reschedule you to a better time or issue a full refund.
All bookings are final and non-refundable. Once a reservation has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
In the event of unsafe weather, rescheduling will only be permitted if the U.S. Coast Guard officially restricts vessel operations due to hazardous conditions (sustained winds of 35 knots or higher).
Charters will proceed as scheduled in all other weather conditions, including cloudy skies, light rain, or brief passing showers, as these do not affect the safe operation of the vessel.
